New Scooter

I did a "reward"(bribe) system with Isaac, for potty training. When he finally stopped having accidents in his pants, he would get to pick out his first scooter. That's just what we did this weekend, and he is very proud of his new Spider Man Scooter. I am just as excited as he is. . . NO MORE DIAPERS. I love how grown up he looks on his scooter. I just love him period!

Of course Ainsley wanted a turn.

This is a DAILY activity at our house. Our kids are obsessed with water balloons. They both know it's a "Daddy" activity, and they wait by the door with balloons when we see him pull into the driveway. He can't even walk through the door before Ainsley is shoving balloons at him saying "ba-oon ba-oon, on do it" (balloon balloon I want to do it).

And THIS is what HAPPENS when you leave Daddy ALONE with children and some painting tape. The kids became "ninja turtles" according to Isaac.

Oh you just have to laugh, and LOVE how creative Michael is. When I saw the picture I was like 'What the heck'... then I read that they were ninja turtles, and I totally got it. Congrats Isaac on your new SCOOTER!!!

ha ha! very cute ninja turtle.
(my little boy - now 7- has always been a spiderman/ninja turtle fan, so it's fun to see another fan growing up.

Good for Isaac! That is such and accomplishment! I have been dreading starting Gavin because I know how hard and long it is. BUT... I will have to do it sooner or later. I love the Daddy time pictures! I have certain activities that I have my boys do with daddy too! :-)

Love the scooter...love Isaac's joke on the sidebar too. And love the daddy-only activities! :) So fun! And the tape thing? Only a daddy would come up with that I think!

Sounds like tons of fun. Mady is feeling better. She was better that night. Luckily I think it was something that she ate that did not agree with her tummy because nobody else got sick around here.

Yay for the scooter! Grant has that SAME EXACT spidey scooter and loves it. He got it as a reward too....for staying in his bed all night and not sneeking into ours. Too bad now that he has the scooter, he's back in our bed! He's no dummy!
