Some Days.

Sometimes when you walk into the room.  You see your two year old.  Sitting on the treadmill.  Eating a stick of butter.  And you just know it's just been one of those days.  The kind where your bagel and cream cheese, apple slices, and steamed zucchini... just wasn't enough.  I mean, I would go for the chocolate when I have one of "those days".  But whatevs.  To each their own.

*and just because some people don't have a sense of humor and might be worried. She did not get to eat the whole stick of butter. I took it away after taking pictures. But only after pictures. Because that's what good moms do. Always take pictures first. And then we put that butter back in the fridge. Because I am also a frugal mom. Butter ain't cheap my friends. Plus we all know the real reason you have butter is to make cookies. And everyone knows that toddler slobber bakes out when making cookies. Duh. So no need to waste nibbled butter. Common sense here folks.

THIS IS HYSTERICALLY FUNNY! I love it! And just so you know, I would have used a nibbled cube of butter for my cookies, too. You're perfectly normal. : )

She and Addysen should be best friends. Addysen loves butter! Which is why she loves texas roadhouse so much!

I will never understand the kids eating butter thing, they all love it for some reason. Of course you had to take a picture, it was the good mom thing to do :)

Your commentary at the end was HILARIOUS!!! I used to eat butter as a child myself. My family thought it was funny too, but sadly, there are no photos to prove it.

SO FUNNY!!!! That's the funniest post I've read in a while. Oh, feels good to laugh so hard. That girl definetely has Wilkins in her!

John's sitting here laughing too.

And for Michelle, I can totally see Shannon doing that. I remember how excited Shannon used to get when we'd pull into a track meet. She just couldn't wait to go taste the dirt out of the long-jump pit. You Wilkins girls...

I'm still laughing, and I meant to say that's like the funniest post I've EVER read, on ANY blog.
